These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Computer Campfire website, the AI Consultant Launchpad program, and any related resources, templates, and community (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Computer Campfire ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. The Program

The AI Consultant Launchpad is an educational program that provides training, frameworks, tools, and support for building an AI consulting business. The Service is educational in nature and does not constitute business, legal, financial, or tax advice. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Payments and Refunds

Some features or program access may require payment. Fees are described at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We may offer refunds or credits in limited circumstances at our discretion.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, host, and display your content as needed to operate the Service.
